INTRODUCTION

The first floor features a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, gas stove, and a large center island with farmhouse sink. Just off the kitchen is the dining area for enjoying delicious (and cost-saving!) meals with the family, or a game of cards around the table while the kids relax in the adjoining living room. Just off the family area is the primary suite with a custom-tiled shower and dual shower heads. Also on the first floor is a guest bedroom and full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Upstairs, the family will enjoy a loft for lounging - great for when the kids want to watch something different than the adults! There are three more bedrooms on this floor, as well as two full-size bathrooms, both with tub/shower combos.

Outside, you'll enjoy a brand new patio with a gas grill, and in the garage you'll have access to 12 beach chairs, 2 bicycles, and 2 inflatable kayaks for use in the canal just across the street.

TELEVISIONS

Many of our rental properties do not have cable packages, but they are equipped with HDMI ports for plug-in streaming devices (such as Amazon FireSticks or Roku sticks). While some TVs have built-in streaming services that do not require a plug-in device, we cannot guarantee this feature on all televisions and therefore we recommend if streaming content is important to you, that you bring your own streaming devices/sticks to be safe.

COMMUNITY/AMENITIES

This beautiful community is situated along the Assawoman Canal and Trail in a family- friendly neighborhood that is centrally located near all the finest amenities that Ocean View & Bethany offer. There are award winning restaurants, mini golf, ice cream shops, a kayak launch, a boat launch, beautiful trails, and more. Bethany beach is 2.3 miles away and Holt's Landing State Park is 4.9 miles away. If you want to skip the parking hassle at the beach, catch the Bethany Beach Trolley! Trolley stop #10 on Turtle Drive is less than a 10-minute walk from the home or a few minutes' drive.

MISCELLANEOUS

Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 12 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 4 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (2) reusable/disposable dish cloths, (3) dishwasher pods, (3) laundry pods, (2) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioners, (2) mini bar soaps, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (4) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (2) tubes travel size toothpaste, (2) travel size hand lotions, and (2) travel size hand sanitizers. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.

Community Rules stipulate all rentals must meet a 7-night minimum.

The maximum occupancy is 12 people.

Per community guidelines, parking is permitted in driveways and garages (if applicable) only. No street parking allowed.

No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

You will receive your digital arrival packet via email 5 days prior to arrival. This email will contain important information like your door code and community rules. It is your responsibility to notify Win-Le Vacation Rentals if you have not received your door code prior to your arrival. A hard copy of the arrival packet, and other important information, will be provided inside the home during your stay.

Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
