ENTRY LEVEL (GROUND FLOOR)
Enjoy keyless entry into the spacious foyer and kick off your shoes or flops, take a moment to gather your beach totes or shopping bags, and either take the stairs or the elevator to whichever floor you want!
BEDROOMS FLOOR (1st FLOOR)
On the rear side of the first floor, you have an oversized primary bedroom with a TV sitting area and private balcony overlooking the golf course and water feature. The ensuite bathroom includes dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a stand-in shower. There's even a crib inside the walk-in closet for your little one!
On the other side of the first floor, you have 2 guest bedrooms that share a full-size bathroom in the hallway. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed and a private balcony overlooking the neighborhood, and the other bedroom features 2 twin size beds. The hallway bathroom has dual sinks and a tub/shower combo.
Also on the first floor is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and a small networking counter with a printer.
MAIN FLOOR (2nd Floor)
Take the stairs or elevator up one level, and you'll soon realize why we say you will forget you're in a townhouse. To the rear side of the house is your family room with a large TV and fireplace. Just off the family room is a den with another TV (on its own rolling cart!) and oversized chair - snuggle up with your partner, sibling, or curl up on your own to enjoy something different on TV. The den also opens to a balcony overlooking the golf greens.
Moving towards the front of the house is one of our favorite spots: the dining nook. Enjoy some of Delaware's finest farm-to-table foods here, whether it's a homemade breakfast or a carryout dinner from our local seafood markets. Speaking of homemade... the chef in the family is going to love preparing meals in this state-of-the-art kitchen, featuring a double oven, kitchen island, and breakfast nook.
Just off the open floorplan kitchen is a seating area perfect for the kids on their tablets and phones, while the sports fans in the family are back in the family room and den catching up on golf tour highlights. And of course, another balcony awaits you here, overlooking the neighborhood! This area may be our favorite - it could be the soaring ceilings, the stunning chandelier (we never thought we'??d fall so in love with a light fixture, but we have!), or simply the way it gives each of your loved ones their own space while somehow managing to bring everyone together at the same time.
BEDROOMS FLOOR (3rd Floor)
On the top floor you'll find two more bedrooms with a full-size bathroom in the hallway. The bedroom at the front of the house features a queen size bed.
But it's the bedroom at the rear of the house we can't wait for you to see. This exquisitely large, luxury primary suite is the stuff dreams are made of. Featuring an ensuite bathroom, a lounging area, and a small office - you almost never need to leave the room. And while we don't want anyone to have to work on their vacation, you have the privacy to handle your affairs in peace & quiet here. And when you need a break or a breather, this is the place you want to be - the view from the private balcony is stunning - take in the lush greens of the 10th hole or kick back and enjoy a quick nap!
TELEVISIONS
Many of our rental properties do not have cable packages, but they are equipped with HDMI ports for plug-in streaming devices (such as Amazon FireSticks or Roku sticks). While some TVs have built-in streaming services that do not require a plug-in device, we cannot guarantee this feature on all televisions and therefore we recommend if streaming content is important to you, that you bring your own streaming devices/sticks to be safe.
COMMUNITY / AMENITIES

During your vacation you'll have access to a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course (extra fees apply), beach shuttle, outdoor pools with a kid's splash zone, a heated 5-lane indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, saunas, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, pier fishing and crabbing, stocked-pond fishing, kayaking & standup paddleboarding, and nature trails. And that's not even all of it!
The Bayside Community is also a proud neighbor of the award-winning Freeman Arts Pavilion, an outdoor entertainment venue known 'round the coast for its premier concerts and family events. Just down the road you'll enjoy some of the Eastern Shore's most famous dining establishments, whether you're looking for a "crab bloody" from the Crabcake Factory, Harpoon Hannah's popular happy hour, or to enjoy the fine dining at Catch 54.
Located only 5 miles from the Fenwick Island Beach and less than 10 miles from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk - and with Ocean City, MD right around the corner - Bayside provides a level of luxury, peace, convenience, and comfort that cannot be found anywhere else.
Amenity passes are available for an additional charge of $95 per person for 7 consecutive days, or $65 per person for 3 consecutive days. If purchased or modified 7 days or less prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $5 per pass. Children 4 and under who are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to amenities at no charge. Amenity Fees are charged by the Bayside Community HOA; Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not set or control prices and therefore they are non-negotiable. Win-Le Vacation Rentals collects the fees on behalf of the HOA but is not involved in the operation of, or responsible for, the Bayside Amenities. There will be no refunds issued for unused, lost, or stolen passes. Resort passes can be picked up from the Health & Aquatic Club during business hours (7AM to 7PM).
Golf privileges are available at an additional cost. Contact Bayside directly to reserve tee times. Per Bayside HOA Rules, renters are only permitted to use golf carts on the golf course; use throughout the residential roads and sidewalks of the community is not permitted.
MISCELLANEOUS
Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 14 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 4 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (2) reusable/disposable dish cloths, (3) dishwasher pods, (3) laundry pods, (2) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioners, (2) mini bar soaps, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (4) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (2) tubes travel size toothpaste, (2) travel size hand lotions, and (2) travel size hand sanitizers. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.
The maximum occupancy is 14 people.
Occupants must utilize all available private parking (garage, driveway) before using any available street parking.
No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
